Brooke Toia
Brooke Toia is an Australian songwriter with an impressive track record in the music industry. Spending four years in Stockholm, signed to The Kennel/ UMPG, Brooke worked alongside global artists and co-wrote several notable hits. These include "What Happened To Us" by Swedish Australian Idol winner Chris Kläfford, which dominated the charts and achieved platinum certification in 2019, and "It's You" by Singaporean artist Sezairi, with over 100 million streams and 6x platinum certification.
Since returning to Australia in late 2018, Brooke has taken part in various music camps and writing sessions, such as KLP's Ricochet Camp (2019), APRA Songhubs (50 Songs 2019, Gold Coast 2021 & 2023), and Samsung's 'UNDSCVRD' Season 2, where she provided mentorship and coaching to contestants while also working on their debut singles.
Brooke's portfolio of work extends beyond her success in Sweden and Australia. She worked with UK dance icon Example as the executive writer on his 8th studio album, and she has collaborated with a diverse range of artists, including Carmouflage Rose, Eves Karydas, Jem Cassar-Daly, Kanine, JME, Kilter, and Liyah Knight.
